How Globeo Started: Sticky Notes & Pizza Rolls

It feels like it was just yesterday…even though it was almost 18 months ago. There we sat in the breakroom of our brand new offices just West of Austin, TX scarfing down pizza rolls slathered in ranch (an office favorite), and scribbling away on 2×2 Post-It notes. In front of us stood our drawing board – a blank canvas of a wall that we excitedly stuck (literally) all of our boldest ideas to! Admittedly, we bought far too many packs of sticky notes, but we’re a creative bunch and we managed to put the extras to good use.

Long story short, as we stared at our ideas, we knew we all had a common goal in mind: we wanted to connect with those around us – near and far – and share our unique, fun-loving company culture, while also inviting people to check out our services and who we are as a company. With overfull bellies (which now ached from laughter), “Globeo Knows” was born.

If you’ve been with us from the start, you might appreciate the fact that our first few editions were…basic. Since then we’ve rolled out some pretty fascinating stuff and you can catch up on it all here.
